The Objectives are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To provide access to reliable gravity fed irrigation services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secure land tenure for smallholder farmers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen management of wetlands and protected areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/website_d8267791\/\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SVTP Phase II objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/svtp.gov.mw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/PHASE-2.jpg?resize=586%2C390&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1676\" width=\"586\" height=\"390\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The second phase of the SVTP will develop irrigated commercial agriculture and strengthen the management of natural resource in the Programme area.
